Creativity is when someone does something unique or creates something out of the ordinary.
Most times what people produce cannot be
done by everyone and is all about personal skill.

Straw Tower Project

First Dutch and I wanted to create a base for our structure. And after that once we started to build up, we found out that it would not not hold by its self so we put supports into the middle. And once it was up about 6 feet it started to wable, so we connected straws to the corners of the figure and then connected the other end to the floor. Then we just made small adjustments from there.1st) problem was trying to find a way not to use all the tape.
2nd) problem was getting the figure to stand.
3rd) problem was getting the figure to reach the ceiling.
1st) we cut a little hole in the straw to connect certain things, to cut down on tape use.
2nd) we just used more supports and braced it to the floor.
3rd) we put a few straws together at the top.
We did not need more of anything. We had a little bit of tape left but not much. With the connection of the straws by cutting the holes it cut down on our use of tape by a great deal. Yes because we won.
Me and Bob made a triangle figure to try and support the books. we folded the piece of paper in half 3 times and taped the ends together. Our design supported 18 books before it fell over to the side.
Cardboard Chair Project

First me and Dutch tried a couple designs for our base of the chair for the best support. We first tried a triangle for the leg of the chair but that did not seem like it was going to hold up very well. We then made a new design for our chair base with a square bottom and supports running in in a grid pattern for extra support within the chair. We drew out a design for our sides of our chair but we kept cutting down and did it over and over. We downsized our sides by about 2 or 2 1/2 feet. For the supports in the back we folded cardboard into triangles and put them on the back of the chair for the flat piece to lay over.
